Viviana Busutil was born in Cuba and raised in Miami. Viviana developed her love for real estate at an early age, having begun working in the real estate business at the age of sixteen years old. Viviana attended Florida International University where she earned her bachelors degree in accounting. Viviana proceeded to attend St. Thomas University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor. While in St. Thomas, Viviana interned with the Honorable Judge A. Jay Cristol in federal court and was a research assistant. Viviana graduated from St. Thomas in December 2014 with top honors, being the class valedictorian and class speaker. Upon passing the Florida Bar, Viviana was invited to speak before the Third District Court of Appeals due to Viviana's score in the Florida Bar. Upon graduation, Viviana accepted a job with the Cuban American Bar Association ("CABA"). While in CABA, Viviana focused her practice in assisting low income clients with foreclosure defense, loan modifications, landlord tenant issues, and bankruptcy.

In 2016, Viviana opened the law firm Busutil Law. Since opening of its doors, Busutil Law has focused in the area of Real Estate Law. Viviana has vast experience with real estate closings, evictions, loan modification, and contract review. Viviana enjoys having a one to one relationship with all her clients, who become like family.
